why couldnt you? its already been stated that you can play people on ps2 via live in final fantasy xi. also many systems have that option like sega saturn could play sega genesis games when one used old cartriges and the other used discs. also dreamcast had online similar to ps or xbox and many of the EXACT same games like Fantasy Star Online. so since both ps and microsoft use simalar games that can link together with live why not? probably not to hard, but i definetely would never modd my xbox because my playstation 1 was modded to play copied games and it eventually burned out and i was pissed over 150$, so im not modding a 300-500$ system! plus ps no longer has any desirable games not included with xbox. these where Fianal Fantasy and Grand Theft Auto. also you can already download nintendo64 games stright to your computer and they run FINE! i have been playing doom64 ever since they said there would be a new doom and my computer is totally stock and cant play hardly any good games for pc.
