Yeah, but there's a disclaimer on that sheet that you can't really see in the picture. The sheet says "Every game * will be playable in high definition" with that footnote reading "*Refer to the original Xbox games list to ensure compatibility on the Xbox 360."

So basically they mean "every game that is backwards compatible in the first place". Shysters, these big corporations. It's not even about being misleading anymore, but outright lying and finding a way out so they can say "well, we're not lying because we meant it in this way" yaddayaddaya. They know exactly what they're doing.

Oh, and my haircut? What about my haircut? Actually.....what haircut? The last actual real haircut I had was like 15 years ago.

Well, I know where I'm not shopping anymore... Actually, I think I'm going to go there tommorrow and see if they offer the same "services" as this California store, just to see if it's a corporate wide thing, or if that store/area manager is a shyster.

It appears this is an isolated incident, ladies and gentlemen, as my local Circuit City did not have such an inexplicable offer.

Or it could be the fact that I'm currently residing in Mississippi. They're not known for the breadth of their intelligence here.

well I really only trust a VERY few game stores (microplay being the only one so far) I hate the lack of frendlyness in the envroment I like the like family setting where you can chill and talk about video games

Yah, there's very few stores where the guys aren't pompous asses who think they're the gift to gaming. Only one Gamestop I've ever been to was an exception. They actually had a couple of guys that were totally cool.

Matter of fact, the GameCrazy over by Danzego seemed to have a couple of nice guys there, too. And they're definitely cool at CD/Game Exchange. That time they were messing with the little kid who said he was like a master of all these games was so damn funny. Remember that, Dan?

yea microplay respects me cause I beat a mlg player (bigmike) and I beat him at halo 1 so yea they have a lot of respect for me I just wish people who work at gaming stores get a life like I went in yesterday and a photo id health card with my pic and b day and it is gov issued isnt a valid form of id... dickheads it pisses me off

I think you're missing the point. You shouldn't have had to show them you could play or not play. It's about loving the industry and appreciating others that show an interest with you. You shouldn't have had to beat anyone at MLG to get respect. Of course, it is fun to do.

It did, however, make me wonder if that was like "li'l Roger" back in the day.
