why all the hating on DW 5

ve heard all of the hatred towards DW 5 saying "its no different then n e of the other DW games" I dont beleive this to be true because of a few things. the pre battle is a hell of a lot different then 4,3,2 or 1. And I dont care how many times I am told but it is just so satisfing to kill 1000 units in like 20 minites im psycho I know but yall have to admit it is an amazing game and still holds its own when put against other games in its consol cycle. Am I alone here or do you all hate this game too?

I don't hate the game, but I also wouldn't consider it anything better than mediocre. It's fun, but it IS nothing too new. The pre-battle menu isn't changed that much from the previous Empires game, and most of the options they add are never used and/or pointless. It's fun to play with a friend if you want to kill some time, but there are many better games out there.

Crusader and I have been known to waste away some hours playing Dynasty Warriors... but how many iterations of, arguably, the same thing, can you really put up with? I am just tired of Dynasty Warriors, I don't hate it whatsoever.
