My computer decided to fail.

I recently tried to update my graphics card drivers on my main PC, and it wouldn't boot. I try safe mode. It doesn't work. I then decide to System Restore, using my hard drive's partition for that. It backs up my data (My Documnets, etc) to a folder that I can't access. As an Administrator. So, ****ing useful, Windows. I can't update anything that reqiures anything I downloaded, thanks to it backing up to a folder I can't even access. Just great.

My friend had this exact same problem with folder access when he reformatted his computer. Microsoft told him that he had to take control of the folder through some right click option. I don't know the details beyond that, but try contacting Microsoft and see what they say. Best of luck.

Last month my computer was down for over 2 weeks. 2 weeks is a long time when you get as bored as I am.
