animated avatars??

I checked every thing on my end,Gif works ,file size isn't to big....just says I'm not allowed to upload animated avatar??

Ok, I'll ping Lee in the staff forums. I didn't see any way to change or confirm it in the admin panel.

Nope, still says I'm not allowed to upload animated images. Anyway what are all the formats I can use??(GIF's,etc)

Hmm, weird. Not sure about the image type, it doesnt say anything about that in the admincp. I guess just jpg or gif is allowed. It can't be larger than 125x125 and 51200. But if it is giving the error that you aren't allowed to upload animated images, than it is a permission problem. I changed the permissions, but it might take a while for it to actually make the change. Check again in a few hours a let me know if it still doesnt work.

Is the gif bigger than 125px wide or 125px height? If so, you may need to resize it yourself because I don't think the software on our server knows how to resize animated gifs.
