Complaining about it doesn't really help. The best thing to do is to make at least 2 new topics each day. If there are no new topics, people don't have a reason to post because they have already read/commented on everything. I am working on a few things that should bring in more active posters, but not anytime real soon. So for now, just keep making new topics
