Maybe you should have a sticky or sub-forum somewhere that shows the ranks, staff ranks and stuff.

For Example:

How to earn rep.
How to become "Gold Member". Is that what it's called?
How to get a job.

Because i'm just curious to know how people with only 50 posts have become Staff? I searched the forums but found nothing about "Jobs" and "Ranks"...

Not a bad idea at all, dude.


For a quick answer, the forums have absolutely nothing to do with a staff position. People that have become staff have submitted a "resume", if you will, and the staff then selects them (or not) for hire.

If you are interested in getting a job at xbox core, speak to l3e, the owner of xbox core.
How many posts you have does not really determine your ability to be staff, its your experience and writing abilites.
