Why am I not in the Members list?

Default Why am I not in the Members list?
Ok, I just noticed that I am not appearing in the members lis. Also, where did the "Staff" list go?

Actually... if you look at the BOTTOM of the page.... you'll see forum leaders, its the same thing as the staff button
