Animated Avatar...????

I"m trying to change my avatar. But its says I can't upload animated images?? Also my smileys are not working now? Is this a temporary thing do to site upgrades!? Also in case you have not noticed,now when you edit posts now and hit save, the post you just edited vanishes. You have to go back into the post section to see the edited post?

ummm, it should be set up where you can only have a picture, animated or not, to only be so big filesize way and widthxheight way..

Regular Members can have a 125x125 pixel avatar and it can be no bigger than 50kb
Premier Members can have a 150x250 pixel avatar and it can be no bigger than 150kb
