Ive read the rule about spamming but im still totally sure what it is ?what is it? and how do you do it so that i can not accedentally do it again in the future??

Spamming is when you either:
a) type in short messages like "lol" or "" for your post.
b) saying useless stuff that has nothing to do with anything.

People that add ridiculous topics just to up their post count and/or reply to every thread to, again, up their post count. And, also what pached said. So, in conclusion, don't do it.
