New Swaploit without memory stick swap? New Swaploit without memory stick swap?
At midnight tonight GMT, a new version of the Swaploit file pack that allowed homebrew applications to run on PSP 1.50 is being released.* Few specifics are known at the moment, and this quote from the PSP Dev website doesn't give that much more info:
"Several days ago we released the swaploit (15-Jun) , some of the sceners got satisfied but some of you tell us to do it better. Today we are proud to announce that in a few days you will get a new hit from Killer-X and PsP-Dev Team..."
Videos from this website show a SNES emulator loading straight off without a memory stick swap.* Could this mean that the most annoying part of Swaploit v0.1 has been eradicated - the need for 2 sticks?* Stay tuned to find out.
For those in the US wanting to get this new release, east coast will need to be tuned in at 7pm, west coast at 4pm. You wouldn't want to miss anything. Kudos to PSPhacker. http://www.PSPHome.com/index.php?do=viewarticle&id=167 |
