 Sony PSP gets Infected in November
Majesco sent out brief word today that Infected, developer Planet Moon's viral shooter for the PSP, is due to arrive this November.
Infected is the first PSP title from the Planet Moon team, whose previous work includes MDK and Giants: Citizen Kabuto. You'll play Rookie Officer Stevens, one of just a few people immune to a terrifying virus ravaging the New York City. Stevens can use his blood to blast through the zombie-like Infected, setting off satisfying chain reactions of exploding baddies.
Though the game offers a full single-player campaign, Infected comes into its own via WiFi multiplayer modes. Those who are victorious in multiplayer combat can "infect" the loser's PSP system with their avatar and gain ranking points as well as create a viral chain as your avatar is passed on to other systems.
