PSP Video 9*has released a new version of their video conversion and management software -*version 1.71. It can convert video files such as .avi and .mpeg into PSP format video files as well as transfer files between your PC and PSP. Changes made in this version are:*- Removed: Non-Working 2-Pass AVC Support-*Bug Fix: Volume Slider Bar Location-*Language: Italian XML file now works-*Language: German XML file now in UTF-8Release Notes:Though FFMPEG accepts multi-pass commands when encoding AVC files, user reports following the release of 1.70 indicated that such commands did nothing to the resulting encoded video file. Further investigation in the source code of FFMPEG has shown that there is NO 2-pass AVC support in FFMPEG. As such, we have removed it as an option in PSP Video 9. Upgrade Notes: Warning: The Fresh Install WILL overwrite your Settings. You will LOSE your old Settings. Some new features were added in 1.70 which required updating the structure of the settings files.
