well, you need to have a wifi connection to start, or download it and run it from the MS

how do you even get emulators on a psp?

I posted a tutorial and two EBOOT's one for MS1 and one for MS2 where you could download them both,then the thread was closed because it showed "illegal" things.Thing is the SNES emulator is Open-Source and uses NOTHING from Nintendo's original.I really hate forums like this (I don't hate this forum i just hate how you can't talk about hacking and exploiting),Hacking and exploiting is apart of the internet community and a forum is where people discuss matters gaming related and hacks,glitches,exploits and such is sometimes gaming related heres an example:"To sword fly in Halo 2 you gotta use the rocket launcher and then you press Y and B real fast but remember to have a sword as your second weapon!" If thats right to talk about then why can't we discuss how to do an exploit.
