In-depth Analyzation- Xbox 360 v. PS3

Major Nelson, one of the head guys of the Xbox Live staff at Microsoft, has posted a real in-depth article (with graphs and everything) comparing the technological advances the Xbox 360 has over the PS3. If you are all wondering about some of this stuff, I suggest you read it, it is in 4 parts at the moment, and extremely long. But all the information is good. Check it out over at his blog!

Some how, Sony is going to counter that with something showing how the PS3 is so much better than the Xbox 360..

Most of the numbers and technical jargon they mention don't really make much of a difference to us gamers, anyway. I'd say 99.9% consoles are never pushed to use their entire power... EVER. End of the day it's a matter of ONE extra ripple in the pond you step on or a higher resolution of textures... most things you don't notice, really.

Unless the game is crap and all you're playing it for is its graphics... in which case, I'll add some nice little emoticons for you to look at:

Buy the PS3 over the Xbox360 because Ken Kutaragi revealed that the 360 is slightly less capable than the Apple IIe while the PS3 will able to render the entire universe in only 5 days, beating God by a whole day.

the 360 clearly has a better advantage it will have been out almost a year longer willl cost a lot less than the ps3 with prices estimated to be nearly 700 us dollars who wants to pay that much when they can get a 360 that is more capible and 300 dollars under that price. Oh year and one more the 360 will have a hell of alot more games then the ps3 clearly cause its out longer and lets not forget a aboout halo.
