The PsP-Dev team will not be issuing any new releases until September, as announced on their website. It sounds like the guys are exhausted - working for free, and turning copious amounts of PSPs into paperweights, must take it's toll. They go on to assure us that the v3 launcher will be continued by WAB, for release in a few days time.
It also appears that Europe has not been forgotten, as PsP-Dev pledge to show us the delights of homebrew come September. I would quote their message sent to those who criticized and complained, but it would be full of these - ***.
