Game suggestions for a new PSP owner?

So, I've been around before, but mainly remained a lurker. Hoping to get more active as of...well, now. Anyway, I ended up getting a PSP for Christmas, and as I haven't really followed the system too much, I'm at a bit of a loss as to what some good games are. I'm looking to pick up a couple, preferably on the cheaper end of the spectrum for now. Any suggestions would be appreciated, though. Thanks for your help in advance.

Daxter, Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, Burnout Legends, Grand Theft Auto, and Locco Rocco are probably the best games that I have played on the PSP.

Did you get one of the new slim PSPs?

Nah, it's the older model. I'm not complaining, though.

I've heard some about the games. I tend to hear and read alot about anything gaming related, but I haven't really followed reviews, etc. So when you say GTA, are you talking LCS, or VCS, or both? Do you know, is Burnout Legends better than Burnout Dominator? Daxter kinda caught my eye. I'm also kinda looking for something that could occupy me for awhile, as it may be a bit before I'm able to make another purchase. Probably gonna pick up another memory stick. What's a decent storage size that'll hold me for awhile?

Anyway, I believe GibtheGamer knows me from an older forum, as does his bro. How's it going, guys?

I think the latest games would be the best. I haven't played GTA LCS, but it is probably a little better than VCS. Same with Burnout Legends/Dominator.

Check out the scores MetaCritic or Gamerankings.com to be sure though.

What do you need the memory stick for? Music? If so, I guess a 1 GB would be fine unless you have a huge library of songs.
