More on the PS3 Interface

In IGN's weekly video thing they showed off the final PS3 interface and it looks interesting. It looks extremely simple and extremely easy to use and pretty much the opposite of how the 360's is. Xbox 360's seems to have a lot more things to do and play around with, whereas PS3s is like just there and uber easy to use without getting confused. Plus the way it pops up on the screen looks hot. The same navigation pops up ontop of the game and it's transparent. Not anything revolutionary, but looks good.

I prefer the 360's interface, actually. It has more of a refined feeling whereas the PS3 interface feels too simple.

I'm sure the simplicity of the PS3 user interface is going to be something a lot of individuals over the age of 45 will probably appreciate greatly. I personally have no problem with the 360's U.I. whatsoever considering it's been a breeze to use so far.
