Rockstar has been sinking slowly, ever since the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas "Hot Coffee" scandal. To make things worse, parent company Take-Two has been issued a grand jury subpoena; they are under investigation by the SEC, and they have a stock price that's falling into a nearly unrecoverable pit.;
