1gb memory card, how much video??

well i have come to the conclusion that i am getting a psp over an ipod video. im just wondering how much hours of video can the 1gb memory card hold. i already have an ipod so i dont need to know how much music.

well would it be able to hold at least 8 hours worth of video because i just wanna be able to put a couple movies on?

if you download a movie from the internet it would be 700 mb. So it really depends what you want to transfer into your psp.

i am gonna use psp video 9 in order to transfer my dvds to the memory card, but i just not sure if im gonna end up wasting my money on a 1 gb memory card that isnt able to fit what i want on it. i know how to rip dvds onto an ipod video a i am just not sure if it will work the same on the psp.
