Yo yo yo! I know I'm still new and half the members don't even know me, but... oh well, I thought I would just say that I'm back after a (supposed) vacation to my in-laws house where they are running on the dreaded 56K and I didn't even TRY to load the 'core on it. So, I'm back home now and I'll be hanging around [here] some more. And, thanks to all of you who missed me...

It doesn't take too long to load the core up on dial up.....

I had nothing other than dial up from the time i got my computer (august) till about 4 months ago. It was hell, but i ran the core, and a billion other sites. But yeah, i undertstand why you would hold off from the comp...

But you know... imagine 28k ><. i would absolutely die.

Dude, I'm willing to bet their cheesy ass AOL dial up was slower..... it sure as hell seemed like it. I did lie though, I DID try to browse the core while I was up there, I typed in the location and it took like 30 seconds to load the frickin banner, let alone the rest... I said forget it, I'll be home soon enough to my cable broadband browser! w00t!
