Top 10 annoying things about next-gen

So here we are, supposedly in a new generation of console hardware while there are still new releases for the last generation. For a market that is supposed to be all about "next gen", we still see a lot of releases for the Gamecube, the Playstation 2, and the X-Box.

Here are the top ten silly, frustrating, and stupid things about "next gen" right now:

Guys that write lame lists like these, who apparently don't understand that even though next gen is just about here, that doesn't mean other developers out there aren't completely done with their current projects and set to release them to userbases (aka "current generation") exponentially larger than the mere few million who will own next gen consoles by the end of NEXT year.

If I had to make my own, I think that would be one of the higher up ones.



Oh, and 60 dollar games. Especially the ones that are ports or slightly upgraded versions of current gen projects.

Nah...that guy got it right. The only thing he should have added is how annoying it is to read comments like: "OMG did u see the grafix 4 that game?!"

I'm still waiting for the next-gen graphics that justify the $60 (and in some cases $70) price tags. Armageddon (due out in Q4 of 07) sort of looks next-generation. But I think there's still too much hype on stuff that looks like high-res Xbox games.
