I am selling two items.
First item: A Netgear WGR614 v4 router.
It is a wireles router, for full specs go here. It looks a bit diffrent, but is in perfect shape.

Second item: Perfect Dark Zero.
This is a game for the Xbox 360. Check here for XboXCore's review.

hey i cant setup tthe router. all i got was the router the power cable and an intasll assitant cd.

What else do you need, network cables?

You have an eithernet cable, yes? Plug in the router to our modem, then plug computers etc. into the router with some eithernet cables. Plug the power in, and viola!
