Gif animator?

Does anybody no of a good free gif animator,thats easy to use! Also is it possible to rezize a gif while compressing the file size of it? Other words,big gif- small file? I'm juist learning this stuff, so I know nothing!

It depends on what you are doing i use the GIMP for animation, with the GAP plug-in but it is insanely difficult.
