No, you can sell them all day if you like just not with any usual retailers. You are right about one thing and that is you WILL be banned for using this box online.

As far as not being able to play online, that's not true. You can't play with an upgraded HD however, I've had NO problems playing with my retail HD. As far as it not being legal to sell pre-mods, well you obviously don't have a clue. There are at least 20 different websites that openly offer premod machines for sale. So get your facts straight before you go spreading diss-information.

This post was made in order that I might be able to sell my premod to someone who is interested in purchasing it. Anyone who is not interested need not leave any feed back.

This is against the rules. If it happens again you will be permanently banned.

The use/sale/distribution of software built with the Xbox SDK (bios) is illegal.
