Madden Ads

This applies to all systems so I thought I would post it here. Have you guys seen the amount of ads EA is putting out for Madden 07? Holy smokes everywhere I look there is an ad or someone is promoting it. Not that it's bad, but that has got to cost a lot of dough.

Xbox.com has a full skin for it, which I have never seen them do before. Ads on Xbox 360 dashboard. I turned on the TV and was just flipping through and saw that crazy guy on Mad Money (I think that is what its called) playing the game in the middle of his show (lol). And a bunch of other places too.

Just thought I would see what you guys thought about it. Also what is insane is that it is coming out on every single platform in exsistance. Seems like they invested an insane amount of money into this game and what is interesting is that the reviews aren't that great and has it really changed much from last year? Anyway, I'm sure it is selling like hot cakes.

I always liked 2k Sports' games better, because they added new features to the game each year, unlike Madden. They also allowed you to download roster updates (I didn't really need to, I have my roster of Super Boston Red Sox), and were just more fun. I remeber there being a development somewhere that would allow 2k to make football games with real players, etc. But I don't remember where.
