Action scenes are good, but the rest is sappy. Btw, you might want to change your avatar. It definitely violates the forum rules and plus it's not in good taste.

I saw it with a friend (who's a Spidey fanatic) at the midnight showing last week. And yeah, I was incredibly disappointed with it. There isn't enough action yet they tried to cram way too much into the film (leaving Sandman and Venom seriously underdeveloped). Plus, about two-thirds of the film is sappy love story between Parker and MJ. As a whole, Spider-Man 3 was mildly entertaining but moderately painful to watch.

Gah. Why do they have to do the love story crap? At least in Ghost Rider it was minimal enough to not sidetrack the whole damn movie. And they did a good job of minimizing it in The Punisher, too. Don't even get me started on how crappy The Hulk was...
