V for Vendetta - rantage

I have read a few reviews of this, I suppose I should have been a little dubious when Alan Moore un-associated himself with the project. I was always a big fan of the graphic novel, I mean how long has my av been a picture of V for? Anyway I read the reviews and they have changed so much, they have even changed when it is set, and most of the reviews here have said they have "Americanized" it, this is such a shame there was always something so British about the book.

Apparently some of the genious of the original graphic novel is there but it has been done over with un-neccesery explosions and such. I am now very torn no doubt I will go and see it, but a part of me almost wishes they were not producing it anymore.

Also if they cut out the leaders monologue or V's talk with Lady Liberty, then I will probably cry

The reviews in the magazines I am reading here are 4/5 very good but flawed, I reallly cannot wait.

redeemed themselves??!! The matrix was the BEST movies ever!!!! I heard good things but my gf's bday is comming up and I need like 200 dollars for a mp3 player 4 her so ill wait till it comes out on video
