Hey guys im looking for some new MMO'S to play because i dont know about anyone else but WoW starting to become a little mundane with constant raiding to achieve absolutely nothing. So if anyone play LOTRO let me know your opinion of i, Ive heard great reviews, but id like to know from people who have actually played it.

It's especially awesome if you are a Tolkien fan. Turbine did a superb job of making it feel like Middle-Earth. I love the game and highly recommend it. Just so you know, though, that it is more geared to story driven rather than PvP; which I prefer.

Yeah, it's super sweet. You can do just as well on your own as you can in a party (or Fellowship). The only thing I don't like so far is the control. Instead of the mouse controlling your movement, it's the W, S, D, A keys. Usually these are used for forward, back and strafe movements on an FPS, but they're used for ALL movement in LOTRO. Your character actually moves in like 45 degree increments...

O that sounds pretty sweet then, im a huge LOTR fan, so im sure ill love the game, and ill buy it this weekend after graduation. Whats your guys server info and what not, maybe we can team up and you guys can show me the ropes
