Most screwed up MMORPG...

DarkEden...

This is what i remember from the history of DE (DarkEden):

Part 1.
When i first saw this game and the low computer requirement's, I was like "This could be a neat game to try". So I Download it and try it. I started off as a slayer "Human" i went to training grounds and played there for a lil' bit and killed some monsters, and I leveled REALLY fast. Untill i got to level 10-ish...

Part 2.
I go out of training center when I'm level 15 (somewhere around that). And i go out of the Safe Zone (Green Area on minimap) and kill some monsters there. Every thing was good, untill WHAM!! I instantly get killed by a Vampire (Opposite race).
Then at one time, I notice that all the vampires are gather up by the gate, I guess you could say: "Awaiting thair pray".

Part 3.
After some time being killed by vampires, I find out about Perona (Name of a location). And get out of Eslanian (This is where the vampires lurk). I also learn about rare items and Ops (Options) When an item has an op, it has a special proporty. For example: If the Option on the item said "Defence + 1" it gives you 1 defence point... So, I enter Perona and what I learn here is in part 4.

Part 4.
This place was so... SO... hacked. I find out that some players in this certain location (Perona) are invincable... WTF!? And this trading language which i never heard before. Most people trade in 1 area in the safezone and the word "Pam" means sell, and "Sam" means buy. It's kinda odd... But, that's how the trade system works. I also notice people casting spells fast and moving very fast...

Part 5.
This is where i learn about hacks. I learned it by asking people 'How do you do that?" or lurking on people conversations. First i learned SpeedHack. This hack makes you move... well... fast! Like 10x faster or MORE. I learn about an amazing tool called WPE (Winsock Packet Editor) That allows you to modify packet data sended by the program through a DLL, and then sends it to be viewed on WPE. This tool is used for MOST hacks on DarkEden. Here are the list of the hacks i've known.

SpeedHack: DE Crack
HP/MP Hack: WPE
Skill Hack: WPE
Laji (AKA. TingTingSP): Possibly Keylogger, allows you to attack in 1 millisecs.

Part 6.
The hacks part SOUNDED a lil' complicated so i decided to play hack-free for awhile... So once i reach level 30 ish i stayed in perona a lil' bit then i found some peole who pissed me off. By my OWN race attacking em for no reason at all and getting killed by fams some more. And most of them HAD SpeedHack. So find out what happens in part 7.

Part 7.
AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!! This part i remember the most because it caused me not to play darkeden for 1 week straight!!
Ahem, i learn about this thing called allignment. The allignment system shows if you are good or evil. If you're good then you respect your own race very much. If you get to evil... Uh oh... People may kill you to gain thair own allignment. But that's not the worst of it. All EQUIPTED items you may possible lose if you die. So, i decided to kill whatever person pissed my off (in part 6) but i regret it. One time when i got evil adn went out of Perona to kill monsters, a SH (Speed Hack) slayer found me he was healer so he could resuruct or "bal" (as they say in DarkEden) me. So he killed me and a lost some of my stuff. He baled me and i lost some mroe stuff. He kept doing this and i couldent log out. Then the heroic Task Manager saved me (LMAO!!) so i quit for 7 weeks and that's the and of part 7. WHEW...

Part 8.
Ok, i've decided to become a vampire now because vampires are... I guess you could say: "More well rounded" than slayers are. So i train and i train untill i'm level 40-ish (At level 42 you get to become invisable to slayers vision). So when i learned invisability i thougt "Now i can 0wn slayers FOREVER!!!" But boy was i wrong... I decided to go to Eslanian (Remember?) and kill some nooby slayers like the opposite way in part 1. Some SH Encahnter (Enchanter is name of the class) And he could see me... OMG!!! NOO!!! I died from is powerful wraith and SpeedHack Powers and... Uhh... Oh yea! I found out that you can get Silver in your bloodstream by Enchanter's attacks and the only way you can get it out is by serum or bloodsucking a monster/creature. Another class taht can inflict silver damage is Healer. LOL!!

Part 9.
AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!! I become master vamp (level 100)!! Finally!! At this time I obtained SH and WPE just so i could see what how they work. But anyways, i learned about this place called "Holy Land of Adam" And it has the toughest monsters there... I was surprised because I 0wned them! AHAHAHAHAAA!! But, At this time people are researching more about hacks... These are the new hacks ive learned:

Allign Hack (Allows you to cheat your allignment): WPE
Level Hack (Gains your level): WPE
Grade/Rank Hack (Gains your ranking): WPE

What does part 10 have to offer now...

Part 10.
So i assumed that i should become an enchanter now. Just for a change. And bacause Enchanters pwn vampires (or vamps). Now, i create an enchanter and train it an such but since i know about HP hack at this time, i'm training in perona. Why in perona? That's the only place HP hack will work. I train and train and around level 60! W000000000000000000000t!!! I learn this "Detect invisability" And use it to pwn vamps. But what about my other skills? I wanted a way to get all skills going at once but how do i do it? Find out in part 11.

Part 11.
Ok, so, I learn this hack called skill hack

Skill hack (allows you to summon skills fast): WPE

I put a bunch skill packets in the WPE tool and sent them to DarkEden. I've done it!! I now have SpeedHack with Skill Hack! And in Perona, i have HP/MP hack! YAY!

Part 12.
Finnaly! I reach master stage on my slayer! Now i am a vampire killer!! Thanks to alot of hard work and effort. And, well, some hacks...
So, i learn about Lairs. Lairs is where these monsters called 'Lair Masters" Lurk in. There are 2 lairs: Bathory and Tepez. At a certain time both of the Lairs open and stay open for 5 mins. Before they close, fire emits from the ground and kills anything that touches it. When closed it will stop and a timer will start. Then you go to the end of the room you'll find a coffin. Then, a wave a monsters will appear. You must kill all the waves untill the lair master appears. And each wave is harder... So, when the lair master appears he has a ****load of HP. Kill for all alive players in lair to recieve a bead. These beads can be traded to a NPC for an item. You you can sell them to players in Perona. You may also get a rare pendant in the lair. These can get you rarer items and can be sold for more in perona.

Part 13.
After beating lair at some times with both my slayer and my vamp i've been getting very wealthy and powerful. I've been buying rare items from people in Perona and continueing to get richer.

Part 14.
.............Ahem, pardon me for my silence here... but.......Sigh...This part makes me sad....

Ok... I was walking around in perona killing noobish monsters because i was bored . Oh and, a heared about some new hacks. I didn't learn them however...

DC Hack (DC stands for: Disconnect hack. It disconnects the server.): WPE
Gejak (Another way to gain ranking): WPE and other requirements..

Also, in Perona (Slayer location), i noticed coffins that were being attacked by slayers behind trees and buildings... HUH!?!?! So here's what i found out about that: Slayers get master vamps and put them in a cascet, then with thair SH they can get out 2 accounts and use thair slayer to attack thair vampire in the coffin. The slayer's level kept going up as they attack. This way they were able to do level hack (part 9). Interesting...

Ok, now the sad part... This is what completely destroyed DE... Some gay Resarchers with WPE made these 2 hacks:

Name Hack (Allows you to put other ASCII Characters in you name.): WPE
Delete Hack (Deletes a character...): WPE or possibly use of other tools...

These i didn't know yet untill things started to get wierd. Like any hack, once you spread it like a virus, it makes things worse... So at one time i was just killing some noob monsters and stuff (as i said at top of part 14). Then, i disconnected. I thought it was just some DC hacker being gay but i was wrong. I notice my level 100-ish enchanter was deleted... Sigh... But, before this happened i DID hear rumors about these hacks and, well, i guess they spreaded. After the enchater delete i decided to quit DE intill i felt ready...

Part 15:
Boy, I haven't played in over a good... 1 day LOL!!! But i learned how to do name hack (part 14). Before the deletion a had another slayer to mess around with. He had armor with a rare op. As they say in DE "moju". The real name is All Resistance. It gives you these Resistance points and with Resistance points to whatever you have resistance to: Poison, curse, acid, or blood. You will have a higher chance of not getting affected by them or being weakened by them. and "moju" puts them all together. Anyways, i sorta paused on DE when my slayer was level 40-ish to look for a different MMORPG for awile. I got hooked on some... And on part 16... Well... You'll see what's in store there.

Part 16:
Oh.. My.. GOD!!!
I thought i would happen and it did. After a month or so it was the most horrid thing in DarkEden History. Imagine: Hackers EVERYWHERE you look. 100x worse than MUonline and more than 20 known hacks ingame...
I guess that pretty much ends my long walkthrough of DE

As you can see, DE started out great! Untill hackers scouted the area and nobody wanted to take care of it. But dont worry... There are 3 different servers for DE but the International server is the most screwed up one.

The other DE servers are P2P so that's the main reason i use the International server... If you still want to try this crappy game go to the official DarkEden International website: http://en.darkeden.com

Sorry about that, but after reading your post, it reminded me of some of the games I'm playing,well actually trying to hack right now! It seams like there nothing I want to actually play anymore,and I have more fun exploiting them instead! As for Dark Eden I think I try it out.

DarkEden Internation used to be really fun! There use to be alot of lvl 100s lurking around and stuff. And some actual nice people.

It's changed COMPLETELY now. If i had a screenshot of darkeden months ago i'd post it...

Now, it can get boring... At times...

Still, if you want to play, knock yourself out!

It's people like you dude who made the game for people like me, suck. Hackers have over-run that game to the point where it's no longer fun. The game lags like crazy and everyone is a hacker. That sucks. The only way to kill vamps, is to lob grenades at them. But it takes forever getting to level 52 using guns. It was fun back when you could party with people and watch each others' back for vampires and stuff. But after everyone turned into a hacker, no one wants to party and everyone messes up their alignment haphazardly. I went back to playing Kal, Anarchy and RAN, now that the lag is fixed.

Hopefully the developers will kill all the accounts of the hackers on Dark Eden, the same thing they did with RAN. The only thing I don't like about RAN, now, is that the swordsman got some neat upgrades and still gets all the sweet stuff (A lot of Final Fantasy XII weapons are on there for swordsman, especially tons of modified variations of the buster sword). But Anarchy is really cool for all the stuff you get on there and all the classes. It seems the closest thing to Dark Eden when it comes to the freedom of leveling up skills.

I do hack DE, yes... But, I don't piss other people off even if they piss me off (somtimes). But I never EVER do delete hack because that is just totally wrong. Deleting a char that someone has worked on in a month or 2? I don't do that! I hack DE because I could use the game hacking experiance for other games i want to hack because it's fun! And it killes the extra time I have. So why don't you sit down, and shut up, and go play some other horror game...

It's that sort of selfish attitude that every other hacker takes. When combined, people who "just want to hack" for fun, etc., end up making a mess out of things that used to be fun for a lot of people.

Hackers "Just wanted to have fun" with Fly For Fun and started taking other people accounts and stealing their money, items, etc. Just because they "wanted to have fun". People like you need to think before doing something that affects other people in a bad way. Right now it's games, pretty soon you'll be using that same excuse in a courtroom while fifty-thousand employees are waiting to fry your behind for "just having fun" with their pensions.

You're selfish, immature and just plain ignorant to the world around you. You live in your own little one that you think the rest of the world should revolve around.

You're the type of person that made me no longer like Halo 2. I broke a $50 game because it wasn't even fun to play anymore due to cheaters like you.
