Everyone who is from Discuss Nation knows what this is and let me say...ITS BACK!!!  :p   
It should show up between the message box and Post Icons...
When you click browse, select you picture and select 'host it!', it will open a new window with the links to the image file.
With this now again, I have disabled attachments, sorry guys...
If it doesn't show up for you, please post what skin you were using and where it didn't show up. Thanx!
