Forum Upgrades

In the next few hours I will be upgrading the forum software, so it is possible that the forum will be unavailable at some points.

Just thought I would let you guys know

Forum software has been updated.

The style was screwed up so we are currently using the default (boring) one. New styles will be up soon, for now we have to live with boring

What type of things were updated? Just security, or are there new features?

The entire forum software. There are a number of new features, check vbulletin.com for the official list.

Basically the style that we were using couldn't handle all of the changes, so a lot of things were messed up with it. I am working on a new one that will be better

May take some time though (just days I am hoping).

That sounds awesome. Theres no rush...I can live with default skin fine for a long long time...

It will be more integrated into Xbox Core and Playstation Core. For example, if you navigate into the Xbox forums, you will see the same header as you see on Xbox Core.com.

I might have a better looking default theme up sometime soon until that gets finished.

what you should do is custimize to what the user (me or other vgcore members) spesify. for example I could say I want x box look and the fourm would custimize to the x box ps2 to that and exc... or have the user totally custimize the interface them selves u seem smart you could probally manage that and that would make it the coolest fourm on the net!

Not exactly sure what you mean...but it sounds a little too complicated.

For right now I have this temporary blue style on. Let me know what you guys think of it. I think I am going to make this style the Playstation Core one, and then turn everything green and make it the Xbox Core one.
