I think the main problem is the furnace needs to be replaced, its almost a hundred years old and freakin huge! I'm not sure if replacing the hole house with electric heat would be that much cheaper. To do it the right way I would probably have to rip out all the old radiators! Maybe a couple years down the line if the price of fuel keeps going up the rate it has been! ....oh ya, I got a couple of propane fire places, yet again something that costs too much! 
We are opening a bed and breakfast,so that will help with some of the bills. |
