Yah, it appears that analyst had bunk information on biz.yahoo. Hey, I know, why don't you post this yourself! Or are you forgetting that you are in position as a News Journalist?
EDIT: Actually, reading the article, the analyst states that the sales are for THIS YEAR. The article you posted reports 6 million units LIFE TO DATE. The analyst isn't wrong.
