Re: Blue-Ray vs. HD-DVD Sadly, I'm behind Blu-Ray. I may not like Sony or their tactics, but if used as double-sided disc they could nearly store someone's entire (small) collection of Xbox games. This would also mean that future PS3 games could use uncompressed, rich-parallax texture mapping. Meaning: A lot of photo-realistic textures could be stored on the disc for ALL purposes.
HD-DVD's limited disc-storage in comparison to the Blu-Ray makes it look weak. But aside from extensive media storage purposes, I've yet to hear anyone say if Blu-Ray has a faster access time than HD-DVD.
