Yeah, but even if they are scratched it's very easy to fix scratched CDs these days. Everyone and their grandmother has a scratch removal kit out there at the electronic stores. It's just a matter of finding one that works for you, heh.

Personally I use the Brasso+Armorall method, but I would not encourage anyone to use that as if you mess up and don't know what you're doing, you can completely strip the data off of a CD. But that's the method that Gamestop used to use to clean CDs before they got those fancy machines.
