Maybe you should have a sticky or sub-forum somewhere that shows the ranks, staff ranks and stuff.
For Example:
How to earn rep.
How to become "Gold Member". Is that what it's called?
How to get a job.
Because i'm just curious to know how people with only 50 posts have become Staff? I searched the forums but found nothing about "Jobs" and "Ranks"...
If you hate this idea post here too...
