The forums will probably be back online sometime tonight and possibly the gallery.
Because the server went down and I have backups that are about a year old the only thing we can do is have people repost their images and pretty much start over on the forums.
If the server happens to come back up, things will be back to normal, but I doubt this will happen as it has already been down for about five days.
Not much I can do about the loss of data 
But backups will be taken weekly once the site is backup to insure it won't happen again.
