Maiet, makers of the popular overseas on-line game, Gunz: The Duel, commented to Xboxcore.com that they currently do not have any plans to port Gunz to the current or next generation consoles. A spokesperson for Maiet stated that “...it’s too hard to play GunZ” using the controller pads on the current consoles.

They went on to comment that “...we will need to make a 'single play mode' for the porting titles.” and that “we're not a third party of Xbox and PS2.”

However, the spokesperson for Maiet mentioned that, while they haven’t made any immediate plans, that hopefully Gunz: The Duel 2 “...can be ported for other console machines.”
